Zhou Bo: Director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration

Zhou Bo, male, born in June 1962, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is from Shanghai city and started working in July, 1984. He has a master's degree in business administration, and is a senior engineer. Zhou, an alternate member of the 19th CPC Central Committee and member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, now holds the positions of executive deputy mayor of Shanghai, deputy secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Shanghai Municipal Government, director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration, and director of the Shanghai Changxing Island Development and Construction Administration, the Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park Administration and the Shanghai International Tourism and Resorts Zone.

The positions that Zhou once held include the general-manager of Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Industry Stock Co Ltd and Shanghai Tianyuan (Group) Co Ltd, chairman of Shanghai Huayi (Group) Company, deputy secretary general of Shanghai Municipal Government, director of Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and deputy mayor. 

Weng Zuliang: Director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration

Weng Zuliang, male, born in July 1963, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is from Fuqing city of Fujian province and began work in August, 1983. He has a master's degree in business administration and is a senior engineer at the professor level. Weng, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, is now Party secretary of Pudong New Area and director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration.

The positions previously held by Weng include the head and Party secretary of the Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Institute, director of Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (Group), head of the Shanghai Automotive Industry Quality Inspection Institute, head and Party secretary of the Shanghai Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, deputy Party secretary and governor of Luwan, Zhabei and Huangpu districts and Pudong New Area, deputy secretary general of the Shanghai Municipal Government, executive deputy director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration, and deputy director of the Shanghai International Tourism and Resorts Zone Administration.

Hang Yingwei: Executive Deputy Director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration

Hang Yingwei, male, born in November 1969, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is from Yangzhou city of Jiangsu province and entered the workforce in July 1989. A graduate of the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC, Hang is a senior administration engineer and senior economic engineer. He now holds the positions of deputy secretary general of the Shanghai Municipal Government, deputy Party secretary and governor of Pudong New Area, executive deputy director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration, deputy director of the Shanghai International Tourism and Resorts Zone Administration, deputy director of the Shanghai Lingang Area Development Administration, and Party secretary of Lingang Area.

The positions that Hang has previously held include deputy Party secretary of Shanghai Construction Group, deputy Party secretary and manager general of Shanghai Construction No 3 Co Ltd, deputy Party secretary and manager general of Shanghai Construction No 1 Co Ltd, Party secretary and manager general of SCG Real Estate Co Ltd, deputy Party secretary and chairman of Shanghai Construction Group Co Ltd, and deputy governor and deputy Party secretary of Pudong New Area. 

Ji Zhaoliang: Deputy Director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration

Ji Zhaoliang, male, born in April 1964, is a member the Communist Party of China. He is from Jimusar County of the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region and started working in July 1987. With a doctoral degree in management, he is an associate professor. Ji, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Pudong New Area Committee, now holds the positions of executive deputy governor of Pudong New Area, deputy director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration, and deputy Party secretary of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

The positions that Ji once held include headmaster and office manager of Shanghai Jiaotong University (SJTU), director of the SJTU Legal Affairs Office, Party secretary of SJTU Law School, vice head of the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission's High-Tech Industry Office, head and deputy secretary general of the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission's Regulation and Law Office, director and Party secretary of Jinshan District Development and Reform Commission, deputy governor of Jinshan district, and head of the Pudong New Area Organization Department. 

Lu Fangzhou: Deputy Director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration

Lu Fangzhou, male, born in March 1967, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is from Haimen city of Jiangsu province and began working in July 1989. He holds a master's degree in business administration. Lu, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Pudong New Area Committee, now holds the positions of deputy governor of Pudong New Area, deputy director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration, and deputy Party secretary of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

The positions that Lu once held include deputy Party secretary and deputy head of the Pudong New Area Audit Bureau, deputy head of the Pudong New Area Human Resource Bureau, deputy Party secretary and deputy general manager of Shanghai Zhangjiang (Group) Co Ltd, and deputy director of Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park. 

Jian Danian: Inspector of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration

Jian Danian, male, born in May 1958, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is from Fushun county of Sichuan province and joined the workforce in March 1975. With is an economist and holds a master's degree. Jian now holds the position of inspector of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration.

The positions that Jian once held include head of the Pudong New Area Economic and Trade Bureau Investment Liaison Office, deputy general manager of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone Development Co Ltd, head of the Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone Administration Economy and Trade Office, deputy director and deputy Party secretary of FTZ Bonded Area, and deputy director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration. 

Wang Xinling: Deputy Director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration

Wang Xinling, male, born in January 1962, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is from Weifang city of Shandong province and began working in August 1983. With a master's degree in business administration, he is a lawyer, editor and economist. Wang now holds the positions of deputy director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration and deputy Party secretary and deputy head of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Bonded Area Authority.

The positions that Wang once held include deputy head of the Pudong New Area Economy and Trade Bureau, Party secretary of Gaoqiao town, deputy director of FTZ Bonded Area, and deputy Party secretary of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration.

Li Zhaojie: Deputy Director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration

Li Zhaojie, male, born in September, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is from Yinxian county of Zhejiang province and began working in August, 1980. Li is an economist and the deputy director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration as well as deputy head of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Bonded Area Authority. 

The positions that Li previously held include head of the Shanghai Municipal Development and Plan Commission's Trade Development Office, head of the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission's Trade Development Office and Trade Circulation Office, and deputy director of FTZ Bonded Area. 

Wang Jing: Deputy Director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration

Wang Jing, female, born in November 1970 and is of the Tujia ethnic group from Baojing County of Hunan province. She is a member of the Communist Party of China and joined the workforce in July 1992. With a master's degree in economics, she is a senior economist. Wang is now the deputy director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration, a member of the Pudong New Area Committee, and deputy governor and chief information officer of the Pudong New Area.

The positions Wang previously held include head of the Shanghai Development and Reform Commission's Industry Development Office and member of the Party Leadership Group of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration. 

Chen Xi: Deputy Director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration

Chen Xi, male, born in January 1976, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is from Shanghai and began working in July 1999. With a doctoral degree in management, Chen is a member of the Pudong New Area Committee. He holds the positions of deputy governor of Pudong New Area, deputy director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration and member of the Party Leadership Group of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

The positions that Chen previously held include head of Trade Development Office of FTZ Bonded Area, deputy office director of Pudong New Area Government, and director of the Communist Youth League Committee in Pudong New Area.
